Six Sigma 10-day Green Belt Programme
November 2008 / January / February 2009
10-day Green Belt Programme over 3 Modules (Nov 2008/Jan/Feb 2009). The purpose of the course is to train delegates in the tools and techniques of Six Sigma process improvement to enable them to undertake a Green Belt project in their organisation. Delegates will be expected to conduct a Six Sigma improvement project as part of their development. The project should recoup the training investment – and more!

At the session we will explain how Six Sigma Process Improvement and Lean benefit businesses. We will use examples to strip away the mystery of Six Sigma and will demonstrate how it has saved millions of pounds in businesses from all sectors - service, manufacturing and engineering.

Black Belt Conversion Programme
Black Belt Conversion Programme (2 Modules - 3 days each)
The Black Belt Conversion Programme has been specifically designed to upskill Green Belts to Black Belt capability. At the end of this programme, delegates will have received additional training to bridge the gaps between Green Belt and Black Belt technical competency; be able to provide mentorship to Green Belts managing Green Belt level projects; be able to manage and execute a Black Belt level project.
