Keith Bissett, Chairman 

  Keith Bissett is Chairman of Six Sigma Group and a seasoned practitioner in change management and Lean Six Sigma deployment.  He has over 25 years’ experience in consultancy, working in the public and private sectors.

Keith has a Diploma in Management Studies and is a Member of the Institute of Management, CIPD, IOD and a Fellow of the RSA.

He works with several universities in assisting research programmes in Best Practice, a Governor of Coventry University and chairs their HR Committee.  He is also a Council Member for the Management Consultancies Association where he chairs their Audit Committee

                       
                         

Mike Notman, Managing Partner

 

Mike is a highly experienced organisational development, performance and change management specialist, who is probably best known for his challenging approach to the development of leaders and teams to support the deployment of Lean and Lean Sigma to drive sustainable  change and to effect cultural transformation.  Mike started consulting in the early 1990’s and has delivered significant change programmes in a wide range of private companies and larger public bodies as well as numerous growth orientated service and manufacturing businesses.

Mike has a BA Hons as well as professional qualifications in Executive Coaching, Mentoring and Neuro Linguistic Programming and holds membership of the IOD.

                       
                         

Dr. Phil Rowe, Senior Consultant & Six Sigma Master Black Belt

 

Phil is a Senior Consultant and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 20 years’ industrial experience.

In 1996 Phil was trained in Six Sigma by Dr. Mikel Harry, founder of the Six Sigma Academy.  Trained in DFSS at GE in 1999, Phil became General Domestic Appliances' DFSS Master Black Belt and programme manager, working with design engineers in applying DFSS tools to high investment new product programmes.

Phil has extensive experience in quality improvement with emphasis on Lean Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma.  Phil excels in all of the Lean Six Sigma tools and his experience of implementing business improvement methodologies combined with his meticulous scientific approach, gives his statistical analytical work a rigour and authority that consistently delivers excellent results.  Phil is a skilled mentor, coach and leader. 

                       
                         

John Golding, Senior Consultant & Six Sigma Master Black Belt

 

John joined Bourton Group in 1994 and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean Manufacturing practitioner.

John has spent many years helping clients to identify root causes of problems and using various tools to help to improve the robustness of processes and products such as Quality Function Deployment, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (for both processes and products).  He has delivered training on improvement tools in many different environments ranging from operations and office environments through Supply Chain Management and Business Process Redesign.  Before going into consultancy John worked in the automotive/aerospace supply sector.
