Dr Phil Rowe, one of The Six Sigma Group's Master Black Belts, presented a concise introduction to Quality Function Deployment (QFD) at the recent onesixsigma User Group meeting hosted at the TRW site at Sollihull. The meeting featured aspects of Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and was attended by MBBs and Black Belts from a cross section of businesses.
