Following the successful half day seminar held by the Six Sigma Group and idt, we hosted a special Six Sigma-BPM Forum for the Financial Service Institutions on 13 July 2007. The forum was held at the Brewers' Hall in London and demonstrated the synergy of Six Sigma Process Improvement and Business Process Management.
