10-day Green Belt Programme over 3 Modules (Sep/Oct/Nov 2008).  The purpose of the course is to train delegates in the tools and techniques of Six Sigma process improvement to enable them to undertake a Green Belt project in their organisation. Delegates will be expected to conduct a Six Sigma improvement project as part of their development. The project should recoup the training investment – and more!
